At Mad Mellow Jewelry, each piece is carefully made and packaged with love. Please review our return policy before placing your order.
Final sale items
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Eligible returns
The following items may be returned only if unused, unworn, and in original packaging:
- Necklaces
- Bracelets
- Enamel pins
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, damage, or use, or if they are returned outside the return window.
How to start a return
To request a return, please contact us at team@madmellowjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
